My dear dive friend, Alison Wright passed away on March 23rd after suffering a cardiac event after diving in the Azores. I posted some of those details in the Accidents and Incidents forum. She was 61.

Alison was a longtime, experienced diver, and a member of the Explorers Club. She was a well-known photographer, journalist, author. She worked often for National Geographic and was their "record" world traveler having been to over 150 countries.

More on her work can be found at Faces of Hope and -1356

she was a true adventurer, explorer, and inspiration to so many. RIP, my friend.

I was following your other thread on the accident forum--as I said there, I can't begin to imagine the pain and am so sorry. Sending prayers/well wishes, love and hugs to you and all of her friends/relatives.
