Hi, just loined ScubaBoard and a problem I could do with help with straight away!! Hope someone can help? Paul
Arrived in Egypt, Red Sea Marsa Alam yesterday and first dive today. I checked my Airlab last night and had low battery warning. No surprise there as I bought last March (2007) first replaced batteries after 90 dives, and now have 190 so was certainly due. Replaced, and reset everything required, tank size, Nitrox Mix, Time and Date etc. and all seemed OK.
However when I connected to HP Hose on Tank today, it gave no reading as to Air on Console. Yes the Air was on !! OK. Thought best solution was to switch HP Hose for one of the Dive Centres consoles and put the Airlab in my Jacket Pocket to establish if it would Log the Dive. (Have done this before when had problems with own Regs, so I do not miss any Dives being recorded in one place)
However when I came back up, 59 minutes at Max Depth 25M, the Airlab had registered nothing. The 190 Dives still show in the Master Log, as do the detail of the last 50, along with the correct Time and Date etc. However the Airlab will not register Air Levels when connected, or go into Dive Mode. Help please. I love my Airlab and was amazed when it was announced you were discontinuing? Thanks. Paul
