Hi,
I want to buy an airhorn or something that can make sound underwater that your buddy or students would know it's coming from you not from anywhere else.
I've got a scuba rattle but it's not that much effective.

Do you know from where I can buy anything that is effective.

Thanks

There is a product. I think it is sold under the name Sub Duck or something like that. It makes a low tone under water using your power inflator hose. It connects into the power inflator so that you can continue to use it normally.

As far as knowing that the sound is coming from you, that is another matter. You will have to tell others what you have and what to do in the event that they hear the sound.

Sounds underwater travel much faster than through air. As a result, the amount of time for the sound to pass through each ear is also faster. As a result, our brain cannot tell direction of sound under water very well.
