Yeah old man named Lamar in Beaumont was who I used for years, my brother told me he passed away and there were no shops in the area that he knew of. Lamar Pro Diving (think that was the name) was one of a small handful of places back in the day. I no longer live in the golden triangle but my brother is looking for a place to get his 20 yr old daughter PADI Open Water certified if anyone knows of someplace close. Otherwise I'm having her come stay with us for a couple weekends for a dual-weekend course in my area.
