It's been a long time since I've needed to get air at Lake Murray, so I can't remember exactly where the air fill station is located. Can anyone provide directions? (I'm only assuming that the little store that had the air fill station is still there...let me know if I'm wrong on this one.) Thanks for any info you can provide.

They were flying a dive flag a week ago so I'm pretty sure they are. They are located at the Marina / Beach area on the Southwest side of the lake, in between Tucker Tower and the horse riding barn.

How was the diving?

Bill,
I hope that when you talk of 'that little shop' that you are speaking of the Scuba J shop at the marina; not the shop formerly known as Mom & Pop Air Station. It was located on Mom and Pop Road off the Southeast corner of the lake. Mom & Pop is not there.

But Scuba J is still flying the dive flag at the marina.

Thanks for the replies, they were most useful. Rich, it was indeed Mom and Pops that I remembered, but I found Scuba J's just fine and met the folks there. Will certainly remember them in the future. Thanks for your assistance!

How was the diving?

No IDEA how the diving was. I was up there with my sister, dad, niece, wife and daughter. We started the day with a 45 minute horseback ride in which Natalie excelled. We followed that up with a dip at the beach area by the marina, picnic and sand castle complete with trees.

Fun was had by all.
