aga facemask reg adjustment

I just got a really cheap used aga but unfortunately it didnt come with a manual. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the reg sensitivity? It seems a bit stiff.

They all breath stiff on the surface. Try it at depth, it is probably fine. That is why I invested in a gill valve to simplify breathing and reduce air consumption before entering the water.
