Can I just add the acronym DEPP?

$30 for $2000 worth of coverage (but you must insure a reg, and BC). Add 4% of the replacement value of your camera equipment for flood coverage. No hassel repair/replace policy.

Phooey!

I have been using a C-5060 with PT-020 and FL-20 for dozens of dives and thousands of pictues. There are issues, but if you are carefuly, it is a great combo for Southern CA. Consider that you can buy THREE PT-020 housings or more for the cost of one Ikelite. They are almost disposable.

Well, you might concider the housing "disposable", but how about the camera you just put into it? Now, what if you are on a LONG trip to some country where finding a camera replacement would be close to impossible........A tougher, and yes more expensive, housing gives me peace of mind.
If I only dived easy local dives, it might be different.......NAW!!!

I have a Oly 5060 with the PT-20 housing and the combo worked great on a trip I took to Komodo Island. The 5060 is unbelievable above water and the housing made for easy use, and crisp, well balanced photos at depth. I was impressed and had no problems during my 18 day journey. I'd say, "Go for it!"
