Just to add another brand for consideration.. Ikelite.
They make pretty good housing system, and OM1MII is on the list.
Their housing is pretty simple. I believe it's about neutral in water.

Currently, I'm using Oly EM5III in Ikelite housing, with 4 lenses
(7-14, 12-40, 30macro, 60 Macro)
Among these 4 lenses, I need 3 pieces of port component.:
For Wide angle, one extension ring and one 6-ince dome port with zoom
For Macro, 30mm need just the flat port, 60mm need the same flat port and same extension as use for Wide angle setup above.

I'd just check the port chart - if you're going to use 12-45, you'll only need 6-inch dome port with zoom gear.

I'm using 2 Ikelite Strobes (DS-162 & DS-161)on hardwire connection via TTL link, which work great.
Once both strobes are attached, the whole rig become pretty negative, but I'd add some foam floats to the strobe arms to compensate. If you're not planning to use Ikelite Strobe and planning to use other brand strobe with Fiber Optics, there are parts that can convert the trigger signal to Optical Signal.

The EM5III is my Fifth Ikeltie Housing. I'm starting with Ikelite Housing for Canon AE-1 (Film camera) back around 1996. Then Oly C-7070, Canon S95, Canon G16 and now Oly EM5III. None of them had any problem while I'm using. (knock wood)

(Well, the first one for film camera I bought as secondhand off the internet from USA back in those days, got it shipped to Thailand - and found out that it leaked at the strobe connection due to corrosion. E-mail to Ikelite and send just the part back to USA, they fix it and only charge me for shipping back. None of the later housing have problem.)

Just a suggestion
