Hi everyone.. I just purchased a Aeris XR 2 dive computer
I have read the manual, in particular pages 84 - 88

Am just wondering where physically is the battery hatch at.. Right now the battery is in good shape, but would like to know how to access the battery hatch when needed..

Your help greatly appreciated!

Cheers
Joe

Keep going to page 89 - "Battery Hatch Removal". Basically, the entire back of the computer is the battery hatch. The computer should have come with a "tool" to make removal of the battery hatch easy.

Joe - Have you dove with this computer yet? I dove with mine in April 2009 for the first time and it keeps registerin me in Deco mode. I've yet to figure out why this is doing this. Wondering if you have had the same experience.

Hi..I have been using my Aeris with no problems.. have done about 10 dives and have not seen the Deco mode. My book indicates that it starts only when it thinks you have exceeded the no decompression limit..

What might help (and I did this before I did any dive) is to reset the entire computer, see page 42 of the manual. (The manual is also on-line.)

Sorry I don't have more info for you, but hope this helps

Cheers
Joe
