Aeris Elite T3 Transmitter

Good morning, new to the site,

I have an Aeris Elite T3, and I have taken it diving for a total of around 5 hours. After a 2 month break the Computer cannot fingd the transmitter, message "transmitter not available" when I do a battery check. I have put a new battery in and same message. I am wondering do I have to sych the transmitter to the computer again, if so how could I do it, I have not been able to find that on the manual or the net.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much. It was the transmitter code. I had installed the pc software and uploaded some settings by doing that, i did not check the transmitter code and it was set to 1 instead of the serial number.
