I've never had that problem. No offense, but are you wetting the BC before you put it on the tank?

Just wondering,

No I wasn't. On my last dive I didn't have any problems with it and I strapped it dry. I think the rubber grip wasn't in the right place when I had the tank come loose.

Okay... just getting back to this thread....

Unless your tank straps are wet from previous diving, wetting a tank strap is adviseable prior to putting it on a tank. Otherwise they tend to stretch when they get wet, and well... I'm sure you know the rest. ;)

Bonne chance,

Used mine for over 11 dives and really enjoy it. No problems that stand out.

I was considering one for a travel BCD I heard they where very light. Is this true. Haven't seen one yet.
Not having another BC in the same size to compare it to, the travel weight seems okay by me. What I don't like is that the BC is very bulky when it comes to traveling with it.

I'm pretty happy with the layout of all of the pockets, weights and d-rings. The only complaint has already been mentioned - the one pockets is really small. I store my message slate in my left weight pocket. It slides in in front of the weight storage pouch. But the velcro does eat up my knuckles a bit when I take the slate out.

All that being said, I'm looking at making the switch to a bp/w setup to address the travel bulk issue.
