Daym, I'm not aware of any man refusing to touch boobiesJust explain to them that you find it disrespectful to touch them near there so if they could clip up themselves!
.Had the same issue last year, ended up telling them to do it themselves due to an awkward time with the first student when I had a "Okay, now I'm gonna buckle up the chest strap.... well nevermind, you do that." sort of moment.
And if she insists you do it, well...
