I do appreciate a dissenting opinion. It encourages you to take some time and question the assumptions you have made. Everyone's mind could use a little expanding.

While the tone of Iain's posts are a bit condesending, most of the points he makes are safety related. If you read his list, you can probably imagine a scenario where something bad happened for each item identified. There are at least a couple nuggets of wisdom in there.
