I"m sure both wings are just fine, but there is a difference I'd like to point out that may or may not make a difference to you.
I have the Evolve 40 which I love. I've also got on order an Oxychez Vertex 55 to use with my double 120s. The 120s are a bit too heavy for the 40 lb wing.
Since both wings are donut style wings, I assume they will both dump equally well from the rear dump valve which is important for dumping and staying in trim while ascending.
The two wings have different shapes. The Evolve is more symmetrical compared to the Vertex whick is bigger or wider at the bottom. This makes a difference in your static trim. The Evolve will have a more head up bias whereas the Vertex will have a slightly more feet up bias. So depending on how your trim out statically, one wing will be an advantage over the other depending on your needs.
Here in Northern California with drysuits, heavy undergarmets most of us tend to battle head down syndrome, so having the Evolve is an advantage.
Now, with my Worthington steel HP 120s that are super long, they tend to keep me feet down, so I'm hoping the Vertex will help out in that respect on my trim.
