Advice on faulty Oceanic VT4?

Hi - I have an oceanic VT4. But when I try and turn it on all it does is stay in show all the icons and then stays like this until it turns itself off. To turn it back on I need to take the battery out and put it back in.

Now - at one point it did show me that the firmware is "00" so I think it might have lost it's firmware. But I'm not really sure.

Is there any advice on how I could fix this? I don't think it would be worthwhile sending it to Oceanic as it's an old watch now and they would probably charge a lot.

Cheers I will do. I've tried changing the battery. But it's just being weird.
