advice for long weekend in OrangeCnty

We're coming out next weekend so I hope the swells are a little nicer. We're looking through hotels now on Catalina Island. SucbLuv suggested dive-packages can be booked through their website, but that isn't obvious to me (e.g. can't see how to do it).

I will be there diving at Casino Point Thursday & Friday (I know you wil probably be there Sat). If you want to stay over night, try Seaport Village Inn. 310-510-0344. They did both the Catalina Express & room for $106 (Thursday night only). The taxi to and from the Express terminal runs $15 each way and they will drop you off at CP at no extra charge. The savings in Taxi cost is worth $40. I think its the best deal around. If you are there Thursday or Friday, stop by and say hi. We can dive to gether if you want.

Phil, we're coming over on the 10am ferry Friday. I will give your cell a call after we land; we are also staying at the Seaport Village Inn.
Checkin is 2; I'm calling around now w/finalizing plans so I don't know if we can drop our stuff off and go diving in the afternoon.
If nothing else, we'll catch you on during a surface interval and grab a cup-o-coffee or smth. Thanks for the invite!
