Have you tried the firefighters' dive club and see if they will lend you kit?

Looks like my notifications were disappearing into a junk folder... Thank you everyone for the very helpful replies. After launching my preliminary investigations to find a club I found one I was happy with. Then when I went to find my dive cards I realized I don't know where they are. My dive computer and cards are both somewhere in the US (I hope) along with the rest of my gear. I decided that for the club it will be better to wait until I can collect my gear.

I'm still thinking about checking out some commercial operations here in Paris.
