Adobe Photoshop 7

If anybody is interested. Amazon has the Adobe Photoshop 7 on sale for $165 (brand new with key codes) and the upgrade to the current version is available for $159-

Does anyone know what the minimum version of PS is for the upgrade to 8.0?

I've got ver 6.0, and couldn't find anything on the Adobe site to say which version the upgrade is compatible with.

I may be totally wrong, but can't you upgrade from any version?

I put the 7.0 upgrade on top of 5.0.
You should be able to put the 8.0 upgrade on 6.0
