Adjustable Bungee mount help?

How do I make the bungee cords adjustable for my computer for changing between my drysuit and wetsuit arm thickness, I have seen something like a slipknot style or with plastic bungee cord stops like those on a rucksack ???????
I use a Suunto Vyper with the original Suunto bungee mount !
