I am taking Aderall XR 15mg a day. Does this have any effect on my diving?

It could. It depends on how long you've been taking it and what you're taking it for.

Here's an excerpt from scuba-doc.com

"The second issue is your medical condition and medication usage. Narcolepsy per se is not a listed disqualifier to diving. However, one listing of potential side-effects of Adderall included the statement:"Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Amphetamine-dextroamphetamine may cause dizziness, blurred vision, or restlessness, and it may hide the symptoms of extreme tiredness. If you experience these effects, avoid hazardous activities". If you have been on a stable dose of Adderall for a significant time, and are not experiencing any of these side effects, then diving is probably OK. I say "probably", as very few medications have been studied under hyperbaric conditions (i.e. underwater), and the effect of this increased pressure is unknown."

taken for Adult ADD.

Then your only concern should be the potential side effects. If you've been taking it for a while without experiencing those, then there shouldn't be a problem. What does you doc say?
