The problem is that an agency can't just join the rstc or wrstc. They have entry requirements such as how long the agency has been.active, what standards they observe are scrutinized, agree to observe rstc minimums (although once you are a member you can.disregard them if you want to.increase revenue since the standards are not standards at all but simply "guidelines"), and you have to pick a rep. But since nothing they do is enforceable and their standards are laughable - IN MY OWN OPINION AND NOT SPEAKING FOR ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE - (in case my cowardly stalker is reading this and getting ready to whine to someone again), having their logo on the card would be meaningless.

gotta say i agree with jim here ... i have seen an acuc cd disregard standards and procedures and have a death, i made formal complaint and nothing was done (he was a personal friend of Cronkites ) so i quit after 15 years + with them i even tried to complain to wrstc , but no one cares .......sad
