This dive was for the "wreck" part of the AOW.

She explained to us that we will not be qualified to swim into any wrecks and not to go into any locations where there is a overhead.

From the dock, we followed the line out to the sail boat and leisurely swam around it. I was still working on my trim as I rounded the boat. I'd say I was a foot or so away from it and following the rail from the back, all the way around the front to the other side and to the back again. One time I got to close to the boat and I attempted a back kick. I did go backwards but, I went up too. I still need to work on that as well.

From there we went back up to the 20' platform and we were told to swim back and forth through the hand rails that went around the platform. All the while, work on our trim and buoyancy.

I noticed as I was gong through the holes, that I always felt that my stomach was going to rub the platform but, not once did it. My tank/valves did hit the top rail a few times but, nothing big.

BT was around 25 - 30 minutes. (I didn't log any of the times or anything and I was using borrowed computer.)
Viz was around 20- 30 feet.
Temp at the boat was around 56 and the platform around 61 or so.

I didn't learn much about wreck diving that I didn't already know. The dive it's self for me was a way to practice trim more. I did enjoy it as I enjoy any dive.

What I did learn was to know my limits and not to exceed my training for any dive.
