I've always wondered how the guy is diving with a flaming torch in his hand?

don't know if it just symbolic or what. Back in the Cousteau days, they actually did dive with torches. I seem to recall seeing it on the old movies they would show on PBS.

Red Diver-Maybe it's a communist thing.
Red Diver-Perhaps that is how he voted last election (blue state/red state, only relevant in the U.S.)
I do notice he seems to be swimming with his hand a bit, probably has poor bouyancy skills as well.

I can imagine the talk around the ol' PADI offices, "Okay, someday we will saturate the market with every specialty course concievable, but for now we're broke and can only afford two colors on our prinitng".
