Seems CLT is off the schedule outbound in August. Return is through CLT which is odd as they don’t have customs I believe? Must go through DFW outbound which sucks.

I'm not sure about what you meant by outbound or return through Charlotte International? There are three dates for non-stop flights from Cozumel to Charlotte International and Customs is in Concourse D. Of course, the airline could choose to cancel any of those.
