(A7Riv A7Rv) Single AF or Continuous AF?

Which focus type do you use?

Does continuous track well with a focus light for macro?

I shoot APS-C, but use both depending on the situation. I tend to use AFC when shooting WA, and Single AF on Back button focus when shooting macro.

I do continuous, but use it on back button. So I can stop the focus once I get it set.

+1 for continuous here with the A7RV, only exception is sometimes macro shots where I'm trying for a certain effect/focus.
