BBQ or fried?

Last time I saw that in Thailand was in Khon Kaen I believe...

Last time I observed the canine diet was in koh Chang.

A group of Cambodian construction workers, they had selected the BBQ method. In Isaan I have seen it at several places made into laab and eaten with sticky rice. (Spicy minced meat with mint leaves) Quite tasty. :)
