A nice place to fish and stay for one month (around JAN)

I would like to visit a nice warm place (anywhere, island or not) that offers clean waters for spearfishing, lobstering and diving. Since I'm going to spend a month or more it would be very nice if the nearby town or village has things to do. Not a party place full of drunk people, but not boring one either. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make my holidays perfect...

I honestly hope you won't find anything.
Lobstering and spearfishing are IMO not done.
