Dive 3 Pensacola Beach, Night
Depth: 17fsw
Vis: 80ft-100ft
Temp: surface 80, at depth 80

Dive 3 was a night dive at Pensacola Beach. I tagged along with an AOW class and a few from MBT Divers. Everything was great, except for the Stinging Nettles! They have the 4' invisible tentacles that would drape across your face during descent and ascent. Very very painful! But worth it, it was an amazing dive and I had an incredible dive buddy. Thanks Alyce!

Sorry for the junky pics, there was a TON of backscatter due to bottom algae being stirred up by the AOW students.

Dive 5 Three Barges
Depth: 42fsw
Vis: 45ft
Temp: surface 80, at depth 78
Boat: Wild Cat

This wan another amazing wreck with an abundance of life. The only hiccup on this dive was the moon jellies that we had to avoid. After my incident with the stinging nettles the night before there was no way I was going to let one of these guys tag me.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my trip report

Those look like amazing wrecks. I especially enjoyed the Oriskany. Too bad there was nothing like that in my area. That is reason enough for a trip to Pensacola.

Thanks for sharing.

great pics hope you enjoyed the area
