Take a lean cut of beef,
slice it pretty thin, simmer with green onions, garlic, mushrooms, and salsa. just before you serve it sprinkle pepper jack cheese (you can get low calorie cheese) over it
I usually have a side dish of steamed broccoli, and a dark green salad (romain and spinch leaves) with vinegar and olive oil dressing
I found this meal filling and tasty & best of all very few calories
