REMEMBER THIS AT CHRISTMAS TIME

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and
female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their
antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December.
Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring.

Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's
reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl.

We should've known... ONLY women would be able to drag a fat man in a red
velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

No, they were probably male raindeer just had to much testosterone to drop their hard antlers that early. I thought Rudolph acted kind of "nellie" lol

IF the reindeer were women, they would constantly have to ask for directions, and wouldn't know where to go anyhow.

Why do you think they stop at every house? To ask for directions!:eyebrow:

(Ducks, and runs for cover)

This is an embarassment to the entire reindeer population

I hate to tell you that this is just completely wrong. I am not going to question the source of your information, or even that the Alaskan Fish and Game department might know something about reindeer in Alaska. I will refer you to the documentary "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" (currently showing on tv, check your local listings), narrated by Sam the Snowman. It clearly shows that Rudolph is a boy. Rudolph's father, Donner, clearly has a large set of antlers throughout the year. Rudolph's mother, Mrs. Donner, and Clarice do not have antlers at any time of the year. The documentary footage is clear and indisputable. I can only assume that Santa's reindeer are a different breed than those in Alaska. When was the last time someone saw an Alaskan reindeer fly after all?
