We've just revised and published 8 new FREE Guides to Better UW Photos.

These .pdfs cover basic overall techniques, as well as various types of shots like macro, wide angle, close focus/wide angle, sunballs and much more. Written by Optical Ocean Sales' Martin Heyn, there's lots of good info here for beginners and experts; starting exposures, lighting diagrams, composition, etc. These are a "fast-read" using photos to illustrate. They're fixed now. But it's always best to view .pdf files in Acrobat reader than online in the browser window. I've put a note and a link to the reader add for those that don't have it.
