The item I am selling is a 6 foot Signal Marker Buoy (SMB). It is designed for Scuba Divers as a safety tool and is in working order to the best of my knowledge. See photos. It can be inflated orally and comes in a bright, high high-visibility orange color.
I have carried this as a backup SMB on very few dives. The item is used.
