Found out about this today when we picked up our tanks for the weekend. I really had to do some digging to come up with the links...

Does anyone know (or have links to) more info ? Was this a case of entrapment ? In the beginning of April my wife and I noticed things had shifted around on a particular wreck in the (Atlantic Ocean near the 3100 block of S. Ocean Boulevard) area.
Aside from the "diving solo" message, I think it is a shame that we as a diving community don't learn the specific lessons to be learned from each of these accidents.
