5060: first problems

Hi buddies.
In my 5060 junction for TTL are broken, both the one in the housing of the camera and the other in the Oly flsh housing too.
I begin thinking the Oly housing appears good but is very delicate...
My housing has only 5 month of life. Do you think they'll change them for free?

no idea, but no harm trying. the bulkhead connector is a very poor design imo. broke mine adding a 'sealing' o-ring to the base of the thread. currently discussing a fix with michael finger. being the star that he is, i have high hopes!

you mean that o-rings can be changed with better ones?

possibly. the o-ring i was adding sits at the base of the outside of the bulkhead connector so that when you attach a flash it stops water flowing up the thread, thus preventing electrolysis between the thread and the flash connector.
