If fantastic news for PADI Worldwide, PADI Asia Pacific and for Holly Macleod; Multi Award Winning Platinum rated PADI Course Director in the Gili Islands, Indonesia. 4 Awards have been issued to Holly in 2017 alone gaining recognition for her passion and determination in the field of professional level scuba diving instructor training.
During 2017 Holly Macleod; a Platinum PADI Course Director has received 4 Industry Awards for professional PADI Instructor Training on the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) in the Gili Islands. Holly has worked within the diving industry for approximately 15 years in a variety of different diving related jobs and in a range of geographical diving destinations. Using her experience Holly has designed a program aimed at developing instructors to a level way beyond that generally found within the diving industry. During 2017 Holly has already received 4 Industry Awards for her commitment to the industry and its resulting success.
The PADI “ Platinum” Status is awarded through the PADI Frequent trainer Award Scheme and is awarded to a select few PADI Course Directors and purely donates how many PADI Scuba Diving Instructors have been certified by a particular PADI Course Director in any one year, with a pre specified amount of those taking continuing education training. As one of the highest certifying Scuba Diving Instructor Trainers Holly received the Platinum Status early in 2016. The PADI “Elite” Award is issued to all PADI Scuba Diving Instructor based on the number of diver certifications issued in any one year. Although Holly issued well over 400 Instructor level certifications last year she was awarded the PADI “Elite – 300” Award; the highest possible award through the PADI Elite Scheme. The PADI “Commitment to Instructor Development” Award was also given to Holly, and this denotes the pure overall quality of the training provided on the Instructor level training programs she has designed. Another Award received in 2017 is the TripAdvisor “Certificate of Excellence” which generally highlights the ultimate quality of first hand reviews provided by previous candidates taking their professional instructor level training with Holly Macleod in the Gili Islands.
