it is a sad and scary thing to have happened.. these sorts of stories help me to save up for my personal epirb

i would hate to think that i could be lost at sea and know no one was looking.

also remember the conditions you started a dive with can change in the time you are underwater. its best to be prepared

and no one had a whistle?

Relatives and friends keep working with authorities of Egypt and nearby countries.
No news at the time being.
But we keep searching!
 
I take at least one smb when salt-water diving and I also practice using it on at least one of the dives each trip. I hope I never need it but want to know how to use it if I do.
