If you join GLACD (Greater Los Angeles Council of Divers), all sessions are free; otherwise, a $5 donation to GLACD is suggested for each session to cover expenses.

i'm going to do it this year. I tried to register for it a few weeks ago but the site/email wasn't working. is there anybody here affiliated with it who can register me?

You don't need to register in advance. Just show up at any session and they will direct you to the sign up sheet.
