there are two styles that i am aware of, "short cuff" and "gauntlet", which is better

Short cuff is easier to don/doff(my personal preference), but can allow more water in. Gauntlet can get challenging to don/doff unless you are diligent about using the shampoo trick and less water intrusion.

Fwiw a mix of water and baby shampoo works pretty good with minimal scent (if any) any no real additives/harsh chemicals
