Calypso is a good dive op on Boracay

Fly Mike out from Yap and he'll escort you around You'll have a personal DM, instructor, and camera guru all in one... and he doesn't bite... but that's if you don't mind hanging out with Canucks...

As for Apo Island, I think the accommodations are limited. I'm not familiar with what they have there but I presume it's pretty basic...

I had my AOW course with Lee at Calypso. He was awesome!!! I'll definitely recommend him too. Thanks for the tip.

Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short, so I didn't have enough time to go to Apo Island. BOO HOO. Planning to go back next year and do more diving!!!
