If you mean the "Anchor Chain" this is just past Hutland about half way between Old Man Bay & Rum Point. A couple of chains hang over the top of the wall at 60 feet down through a hole to 200 feet plus. It is in a No-Diving Zone.

Chain reef is the closest mooring to the West Bay dock; nice shallow reef with loads of critters and last one to remain diveable when the wether turns bad on that side.
