3/8 to 7/16 HP adaptor?

I picked up an old military Conshelf XII that appears to have a 3/8 hp port. I wanted to rig this for my pony bottle and was planning on putting on a button spg, but they seem to only come in 7/16. Does somebody make a 3/8-7/16 adaptor?

Yep, you should be able to get one at your LDS. I did.

An adapter should be readily available and if the shop does not have on in stock they can order one from Trident.

An adapter will however add another 1/2" in height to the button gauge and is not an ideal situation.
