FWIW, Scott's Cheap Flights today sent an email with $439 fares from various US locations to Roatan. The fares are good between Nov. and Aug., 2022 and seem to be on American and United. They're predicted to last until 9/30 or 31.
I used Google Flights to look at the calendar view for the cheap days and ended up with an April trip for $432 on American through Dallas. The United flight I had queued up went to $819 by the time I got to check-out. My schedule will only let me get in 4 days of diving, but it's 4 days more than I'd planned to do before I got the email.
