Hopefully before I get there...

technically they would remain in the waters until habagat sets in but not as much as this time where you could see a whole bunch of them in one glance.

on the normal days you may see a few in a weekend.

what's habagat?

habagat : winds coming from the sea blowing to the land

so if you are in anilao, habagat means the southwest monsoon winds.

though PG is protected from habagat , however the crossing from batangas to mindoro maybe 50/50
