Night dive last night:
Wow!!!!!! Seeing that beam cut through was amazing.
I played with the adjustable head, and most of the time seemed to prefer a nice tight closed circle in the center. But it was fun opening it up to the wide cone of light. With the particulate mater in the water, it reminded me of the Star Trek Transporter Beam.
I cooked the eyeballs right out of some poor innocent rainbow trout.
After the dive, my buddy complained that his light was pathetic in comparison. But he really liked knowing exactly where I was so easily during the dive.
Ken you're right about zapping the compass, the spg. Amazing.
I made the adjustment to the can to lower it, but I still had to slide it forward to get to the switch.
Other wise....
