2010's getting off to a bad start in Puget Sound ...

Wow ... so far in 2010 we've had ...

- a serious diving accident at our local dive park
- a diver dying of a heart attack as he was ending a dive at my local dive site
- a buddy of mine slipping and breaking his leg as he humped his scooter back to his car after the dive

That's all in the first three days of the year!

Names of the two divers have not been released. The diver who broke his leg slipped on "goose poo" and his name is being withheld out of kindness!

the man who died in redondo was Robert "bob" Moreland, my father-in-law.
his death had nothing to do with diving safety, he had a congenital heart defect.
he is survived by his parents, wife, 4 children, and 7 grandchildren.
please keep his family in your prayers.
