Ole Miss sure beat the **** out of the VOLS today. Their RB; #22, single-handedly embarrassed our defense.

Yeah.... Ole Miss put an "ass whoopin" on Tennessee.

Bama whooped up on Miss State without any problems.


I recorded the FL SC game and hope to watch it tomorrow. I think I recorded the Tenn/Miss game too.

I spent most of the evening flipping back and forth between the Auburn Georgia game and the Bama Miss State game. The AU/GA game is always one of my favorites of the year. Auburn had a good strong initial showing.... but Georgia came back strong later in the game. Penalties and interceptions just killed Auburn. It was a still a great game to watch.



An interesting tidbit on stats...

Looking at McElroy at Bama compared to Tebow at Florida. McElroy has him beat for the year on stats. Pretty good as this is his first year "starting"

Yeah... a second look on a different page that showed rushing yardage and rushing touchdowns, Tebow's got him beat easily 10 to 1.

I'll actually be a bit disappointed if Tebow gets a second Heisman this year. He is a great player, but honestly hasn't had a great year. I really dislike it when they issue "career achievement award" Heismans (see Gino Torretta, Ron Dayne, Ty Detmer, etc.)

Highly unlikely. I beleive his focus has not been as great as compared with previous years. IMO he is worn out from of all the attention and pressure...
