How does the Manila weather look for the 17th and will it be tough getting over to PG?

if there is a weather disturbance ferries would be suspended for the crossing between mainland and PG.

Unless the weather is REALLY bad the ferry from your resort in PG will take you from Leah (sp?) Beach (next to Batangas).
