OK, here is my story.

Today I pulled out my gear to make sure everything was ready for my upcoming vacation to Florida.

I do have to say I sure looked good in my gear at the office. Blue jeans, a turtle neck and a BP/W set up. Now thats living life large.

I was doing just fine till I tride to remove the OPV from one of my Oxycheq wings. I twisted it a little too hard or something because it came off in my hands in 2 pieces.

After I stoped swearing, I got on the phone with Oxycheq at 3pm central time. I spoke with Patrick Duffy at Oxycheq, and told him what I had done. I asked him if I could purchase parts to repair my wing. He said that he could help me with the problem. Well at 3:20 pm I got an e-mail confirming my order, at 3:27 I got another e-mail with the tracking number for the UPS shipment.

This is what I call customer service. I know why I continue to purchase Oxycheq wings, well other than they make a very nice product. The customer service I have recieved from Oxycheq has been all positive.
Keep up the great work.

I also purchased 2 spare OPV assys and 6 extra flanges for the OPV and inflator just in case I break andthing else.

Thanks, Jim Breslin

Wow! I have experienced just the opposite with OxyCheq. They have had my failed light for 2 1/2 months. I have been told that they are not happy with the price I paid for it, but they won't even return my phone calls to tell me whether or not they'll warrant the product. As far as I can tell, they have stolen it from me. I used my "new" light twice. Both times it failed as I neared 100ft. The third time it would not work at all. Too bad! It's a sweet light!! Looking around on other forums (CaveDiver, DecoStop, etc.), I am seeing that this is par for the course when dealing with OxyCheq. This is the first positive OxyCheq customer service story I have been able to find.
