13 puts you at the upper end of the range in the XL if diving with a thin boot, or if a thick boot, the XXL.

For visual reference (I put them in and stopped at the widest point), I am wearing the Bare 7mm Ultrawarmth that have a thicker sole in size 11 and it is snug. I can't imagine a 13 would fit if it were the same type of boot. If you had a thinner sole, maybe. If you want to send me the width of your boots at the widest point I can throw a tape measure on it if it helps.
