I saw this version of a continuous flow blender at a shop on the NC coast. It uses a computer to control the blending procedure.

Arnold. The one I use came with his setup.

The easiest method to mix gases is to get a couple of static inline mixers. These are used in industry for mixing and are inexpensive for PVC ~$75 for one ( I would use 2). SS is ~$300 for the same.
